At the School of the Prophetic Dancer, students are nurtured in both spiritual and artistic growth through a well-rounded, faith-based curriculum designed for dancers of all ages.
Mission: Our mission is to empower dancers by cultivating prophetic expression, a solid academic and biblical foundation, and a commitment to excellence in prophetic dance.
Vision: We envision a transformative generation of Holy Spirit-led dancers who will make a profound impact on the world through their worship, praise, and creative expressions of prophecy. Together, we aim to inspire and uplift the dance community and beyond!
- Weekly Classes:
- 3 days/week (e.g., Tues/Thurs/Sat)
- Ages 3–5, 6–11, 12–17, 18+ (4 groups)
- Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Prophetic Technique, Flag Worship, Dance Ministry Foundations
- Teaching Staff (4 Total):
- Lead Prophetic Dance Instructor
- Children’s Dance Educator
- Technique/Choreography Specialist
- Guest/Seasonal Instructor
Prophetic Technique
Anticipate foundational training in movement, guided by the Holy Spirit, where you'll explore posture, flow, and expressive worship.
Flag & Banner Ministry
Look forward to hands-on training in symbolic and prophetic movement using flags, streamers, and billows that will enhance your worship experience.
Dance Ministry Foundations
Get prepared to dive into biblical principles, discover your identity in Christ, and learn how to minister powerfully through dance.
Choreography & Biblical Study
Be excited about the creative movement sessions paired with scripture exploration, designed to prepare you for meaningful ministry.
Integration of Faith and Entrepreneurship
Dance Go Glam with AVON
Another unique dimension is how April L Anthony Ministries integrates faith with entrepreneurship. Through initiatives like Dance Go Glam and partnership with Avon, the ministry empowers individuals—particularly women—to pursue economic independence while glorifying God. This approach demonstrates that ministry is not limited to the pulpit; it extends into marketplace ministry, where business and faith align to uplift communities.
